This test is easy to take, quite intuitive and at the end asks questions about lifestyle, diet and exercise which will give you an overall score and areas for improvement.

Many people take a single multivitamin tablet BUT almost none have any Omega-3 content. Omega-3 is proven to be essential for the Brain and has been Scientifically proven to enhance the effect of B complex Vitamins. A Scientific study from Oxford, Cape Town, Oslo and UAE Universities concluded :-
